Mo Eden is extremely proud to present his first Men's watch. As with all Mo Eden watches this model takes inspiration from the Art Deco and Modernism movements.
Mo has a passion for Motor Cars so he decided to focus his design on a watch for driving. His elegant new Driver’s watch is not for the track but more for going out as a dress watch. As usual with Mo there was no compromise on materials and only the finest would be acceptable. Handmade in London, Mo contributed a lot of the skills needed to create this watch and he makes some of the components in his private London studio.
The Driver's watch has an angular 18 carat Gold case which was very important to Mo as he wanted to create a case that is visibly stunning and easily identifiable as a Mo Eden piece. Set with beautiful Diamonds the watch has a Stingray strap and a Black Diamond cabochon in the crown. The dial is made from carbon fiber and if you look closely you can see the pattern is of a chequered Flag. When designing the case of this watch Mo decided that perspective was very important and ease of reading the time, hence the angle of the watch. Perspective is one of the key words in the design and you can see that everything flows to evoque movement. The watch has a rear crystal where you can see the beautiful Automatic day date Swiss Eta modified 2678 rotor flying round and the balance wheel ticking away. Mo chose this movement as it's one of the finest and smallest automatic movements available to fit in the angled space.
This is a bespoke watch that is made to order and you can have whatever you want be it Black Diamonds, Rubies, Sapphires or you can have it fully Pavé set or no Stones at all. If you like yellow Gold or rose gold the choice is yours. This masterpiece is handmade in London and waiting times do vary.
